Individual Sessions
I charge $150 per 50 minute session.
Accepted Insurance
I accept Aetna insurance through Headway, making it easier for clients to access care with in-network benefits. If you have Aetna, you can verify your coverage and book an appointment through Headway’s platform. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about using insurance for therapy!
Out of Network Benefits
If you have a different insurance provider, you may receive Out-of-network (OON) benefits from your insurance provider. I can offer a receipt, called a superbill, for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.
You can check your out-of-network benefits using Mentaya. You have two options:
- Self-Submit – Use the link to check your benefits and request a superbill from your therapist to submit on your own.
- Mentaya Submission – For a 5% fee, we can submit your claims directly through Mentaya to ensure they are applied correctly.
Use the benefit checker to check your out-of-network benefits and choose the option that works best for you!
Cancellation Policy
I prioritize my clients by holding space for each person I see. When an appointment is canceled in advance, I can offer that time to another client in need. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent others from accessing care.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. The credit card on file will be charged for these late cancellations and no-shows.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
